Battling holiday blues

According to the Dyess Mental Health staff, holiday depression can be helped by utilizing the four pillars of Comprehensive Airmen Fitness. Airmen are encouraged to use the pillars to better their mental, physical, emotional and spiritual health. Some things that can help Airmen in times of stress include attending worship services (if religious), attending local and base events and activities, finding a good workout routine and trying new hobbies or crafts.
