Barksdale 9/11 Reveille and Wreath Laying Ceremony
BARKSDALE AIR FORCE BASE, La. – Members of Headquarters Eighth Air Force salute as the U.S. Flag is raised during a 9/11 Reveille and Wreath Laying Ceremony on Barksdale Air Force Base Sept. 9, 2011. The ceremony included a moment of silence, which allowed Barksdale Airmen to reflect upon the tragic losses of Sept. 11, 2001, as well as the service and sacrifices made combating terrorism since that fateful day.
