Eighth Air Force Top 3 Providence House 7/20/11

SHREVEPORT, La. – Fourteen members of the Eighth Air Force built shelves in the Providence House daycare storage area to give the children more room for their toys July 20. The members were from the Headquarters Eighth Air Force staff and 608th Air Operations Center. The Airmen built new shelves for the daycare and moved furniture in the warehouse. The Providence House, located in downtown Shreveport, La., is a residential development center for homeless families with children, providing comprehensive support services for improving the family structure and moving the family into independent living.
