2010 Dragon Boat Festival
SHREVEPORT, La. – Members of the Eighth Air Force dragon boat team stretch before their first race of the day Sept. 11. The team competed against 26 other teams during the 2nd Annual Red River Dragon Boat Festival held at the River View Park in Shreveport, La.
