BARKSDALE AIR FORCE BASE, La. – Brig. Gens. Keith Kries, mobilization assistant to the Eighth Air Force commander, and John Mooney III, 307th Bomb Wing commander, walk to place a memorial wreath at the base of the 2nd Bomb Wing Headquarters flag pole during a 9/11 Reveille and Wreath Laying Ceremony on Barksdale Air Force Base Sept. 9, 2011.
