BARKSDALE AIR FORCE BASE, La. - Maj. Brett NeVille talks to the 608th Air Communications Squadron after assuming command from Maj. Gen. Floyd Carpenter, Eighth Air Force commander, during a change-of-command ceremony June 18 in the Stripes Club Ballroom at Barksdale Air Force Base, La.
