BARKSDALE AIR FORCE BASE, La. - Maj. Gen. Floyd Carpenter, 8th Air Force commander, presents the Prisoner of War Medal to Mildred Taylor-McKeithen during a ceremony honoring her late husband, Staff Sgt. James Taylor, at the 8th Air Force Museum on Barksdale Air Force Base May 21.
