A B-52H Stratofortress from Minot Air Force Base, N.D., accelerates down the runway at Royal Air Force Fairford, United Kingdom, June 7, 2016, in support of exercise BALTOPS 16. BALTOPS is an ongoing cooperative training effort that has participants from approximately 17 different nations throughout the region. It allows the participants to demonstrate their own unique roles in contributing to regional and global stability and to train for deployments in support of multinational contingency operations around the world.
