Bomber Task Force Makes Quick Deployment to Saudi Arabia
Crew members assigned to the 28th Bomb Wing, Ellsworth Air Force Base, S.D., grab their gear prior to boarding a B-1B Lancer, Oct. 24, 2019. Several B-1s flew to the U.S. Central Command area of operations to support of a Bomber Task Force. The deployment of this aircraft allows the United States and regional partner nations’ militaries to train and work together to strengthen military-to-military relationships, promote regional security, improve combined tactical air operations and enhance interoperability of forces.
