Bomber Task Force Makes Quick Deployment to Saudi Arabia
Six B-1B Lancers line up on the taxiway at Ellsworth Air Force Base, S.D., Oct. 24, 2019. Four of the B-1s launched to support a Bomber Task Force in U.S. Central Command’s area of operations. The unannounced arrival of the B-1 demonstrates the global strike capacity and ability of the U.S. Air Force and Air Force Global Strike Command to rapidly deploy forward and deliver precision-guided ordnance against any adversary. The United States routinely and visibly demonstrates to our allies and partners through the global employment of our military forces. (U.S. Air Force photo by Airman 1st Class Christina Bennett)
