Vice Chief of Staff of the U.S. Air Force visits Minot AFB
Minot Air Force Base leaders stand on the flight line to greet U.S. Air Force Gen. Jim Slife, Air Force vice chief of staff (VCSAF), for a tour of the base and operations at Minot Air Force Base, North Dakota, Feb. 15, 2025. As the VCSAF, Slife guides the air staff and serves as a member of the Joint Requirements Oversight Council. He assists the Air Force chief of staff with organizing, training and equipping 689,000 active-duty, Guard, Reserve and civilian forces serving in the United States and overseas.
